1. R.V.Rama Rao

Mr Rama Rao is the founder and managing director of Lucid Laboratories. He has over 25 years of rich working experience in fields of Testing, Validation & Quality Assurance serving in various positions at highly reputed organizations. He has successfully managed and executed several important projects. He served in diverse working environments from central government organizations to start-up organizations. He holds a masters degree from Bhopal University, Bhopal.

2. Murly Narla (Prof. Murly Narla, Technical Director)

He has more than 20 years of rich experience with different types of industries and organizations catering to Tube making, Extrusion, Metal casting, Heat treatment, Flow forming, Failure Investigation, Welding, Corrosion and NDT including materials Testing. He served on the faculty of Regional Engineering College, Warangal, New Mexico Tech., Socorro and Al-Fateh University, Tripoli. He was the principal coordinator for several projects from Ministry of Education, Ministry of Defense, Private organizations and CSIR-New Delhi. He is member of several technical societies like IIM-Calcutta, IIF, ISNT, American Society of Metals for over three decades. He holds B.Tech (Metallurgy) from I.I.T.Madras and M.Tech from Burdwan university (W.B.) and held managerial positions in industry sector and testing laboratories.

3. Y.C.Reddy (Manager-Analytical Lab)

He has over 35 years of broad experience in the field of Ores and Minerals analysis. He has a flair in working and setting up laboratories for the analysis of Iron Ore at Kundremukh Iron Ore Ltd. Prior to joining Lucid Laboratories, he has worked with laboratories of Department of Mines & Geology, Govt of Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, N.M.D.C Ltd. and involved in analysis of Bauxite, Iron ore, coal and other minerals. He holds masters degree in Institute of Chemists.

4. Mohd Yousuf (Manager-Analytical Lab)

He has 20 years of experience with laboratories of Mineral Exploration Corporation Limited and involved in analysis of Bauxite, Iron ore, coal and other minerals and metals. He holds a masters degree from Bhopal University, Bhopal.
